The bumper should be relocated anytime the rear fenders are rolled IMO.

meh... i'm not going through all that hassle. i'll use the oem tire size and put the wider tires on my oem's for when i autocross.

although... having a meatier tire on the wider rims would be nice

^^ It's really that much of a hassle, it just sounds like it is.

I have 17x9 RPF1's still sitting in the box in my closet waiting for tires to be put on.
