Default OZ Superleggera 17's

I've been looking on TireRack.com at the OZ Superleggera 17 x 7 +45 and 17 x 8 +48 rims And have decided to go with the AVS ES 100 215/45/17 and 245/40/17 but have read up on these rims and tire sizes and its very possible to have rubbing issues... is this true
Anyone have this similar setup?

Doesn't the TireRack only select rims that fit 100%

I installed these wheels on my MY03, and I'm running Bridgestone RE050, 215 front, 245 rear. There is NO rubbing with the stock suspension. However, the outer edge of the tires is virutally flush with the fender, so if your car is lowered, I think there may be some possibility of the tire rubbing the fender lip under extreme cornering. Like I said, with the stock suspension, there are no rubbing problems whatsoever.

You may encounter a different problem with the centering rings, so read the thread below.

Thanks CBeyond...

Thats good news... i saw the post on the centering rings and i'll for sure keep an eye on it when i get the rims....

DO your tires hang over the rim edge alot.. i had a set of tires on my civic a year ago and the overhang of the new tires was just enough to rub my fenders

Johan....

I dont think theres a difference but a 18 or 19 X 10 looks a little too wide even with a 65 offset....

Just my $ .02.....
