Default please help with fitment

I read through the guide and still have a quick question, I found a good deal on used rims theses are the spec
17x7.5 +50 Wrapped 215/45/17
and 17x9 +63 245/40/17

Is this a good spec for an ap1? Im not looking for hella flush just a good looking stance i guess somewhat flush. I dont have any other suspension mods at the moment but plan to buy coils in the next few weeks. please help me out thanks

That's a good size. Shouldn't have any rubbing. Compared to AP2 wheels, the edge of the front wheel is pushed out around 11mm or so, making it fairly flush with the fender. The rear is pushed out something like 8mm compared to stock AP2. Are they Volks? That's the common S2000 sizing. If so, that's a good first purchase.

Whether they're Volks or not. If you upsize to 225/255 and you're on stock suspension you're still OK. With a bit of a drop you may need to roll the fenders then.

That's been my experience - and the only hint of a rub was on The Dragon.
