I want some 255 but for for an extra 40 bucks each more than the 245 i cant justify that yet. For 20 or so each i can.

Weird why it jumps so much for this one size

Take it to Costco to mount them. I buy all season for my 4wd from Tire Rack them have Costco mount them for $10 each. Total came out less than $46 w/ nitrogen filled.

Thats a good deal. America's tire quoted me $108 to mount & balance new tires for me if I carried the tires in. I thought it was a rip-off.

i have RE01Rs and love them...awesome tires and ive been thru a few brands. the ad07 would be prob the only tire that compares and can out do it (but wears faster). even 615's cant compare as they wear quicker and are sh!t in the rain. T1R's i had before were ok, hard ass tire tho....i think they have a new RR out tho...not sure how it is. but the re01r is one i would buy again anytime.
i will assume u have ran r comps for track days screamin....

i'll take ur words on these 01R's

^ yup, and they hold up rather well and are the best when they heat up and get sticky (for a STREET compound...compared to other STREET performance summer tires i have used). mind u the AD07 when heated up do very well too but wear fast, same with rt-615's. we had rain twice and the 615 guys were scared to even turn in lol, the re01r's i had tracked quite well thru it.

obvisouly using a true r-compound (RA1, hoosier, etc) doesnt compare, as with it (in the dry), you would be much quicker than on any street performance rubber.
