Default Question on installing hubcentric rings

hi,

sorry for the naive question. never had wheels that used hubcentric rings before. i have a set of ce-28ns that came w/the rings. should i place them in the wheels, then mount onto hubs, or place them on the hubs, then mount the wheels?...or does it not matter...

thanks for any info.

I don't think it matters, but I'd just put them in the wheels. They usually stay in the wheel after they have been mounted. Make sure if you ever go back to OEM wheels that the rings don't stay on the hub.
