Default Rear bumper tab relocated

I had my rear guards rolled and bumper tab relocated. Im running 18x8.5 +52 on 245/40/18.
my tires still rub on the lower bumper tab. you can see the clip half eaten
the rear bumper has been trimmed all the way down till the lower tab. even the metal tab behind the clip has been trimmed and it still nibbles at my tires over big bumps. i had to raise my car to stop the rubbing issues.
relocating the lower tab isn't an option coz the bumper flaps around at high speeds.

i was wondering if any of you had this problem? how did you go about resolving this?

cheers

Its because your tire is to tall. You should be running a 245/35/18 not a 40 series. I have much more aggressive wheels and I don't even rub there.
