Default Review: RBmotoring/RBWheels

Has alot of people dealt with them? If so, how is their shipping and how long does it usually take.

I saw some refinished blitz 01's and thought it was a pretty good deal.. and free shipping as said on their ebay page.

Any feedback on them would be great.

Thanks.

i got couple set of wheel from them before they are "big", back in the day its nothing more of a dump pile of used japanese wheel, most of them are pretty used but they are sure cheap.

i recall getting my set of enkei racing S for peanut, now they are selling the same exact wheel for about 3 times more than what i paid.

RB motoring is a legit business, although they just got cracked down on by the feds or something for having some Skylines at their shop if I'm not mistaken.

I had a good experience from them. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase wheels from them again.

amiel my buddy A.C. got some vs-xx's for his gf's ep3 there. had the wheels refinished gold with a polished lip. I hang out with them all the time and the wheels look great. he had a lil complaint with the paint used to refinish the wheels and the polishing but he is super nit-picky. he said you couldn't see any blemishes unless you were like just a few inches from the wheels looking for problems.

Yeah, that was one of my problems too -- a two part problem - (1) they paint wheels instead of powdercoating them, and (2) the paint quality isn't the best. For what they charge, it's better to just get a local wheel refinishing place to powdercoat and polish the wheels.

Definitely much better to powdercoat them than to have them painted by RB

Why would that be illegal?

EDIT: To the OP's original question, I have dealt with them before. Not great customer service, and the wheels are not normally in the best condition (although it sounds like the ones you're looking at are), but they are cheap. Shipping times are the same as anything else coming from Cali, just depends on where you live. I will say that when I got my Blitz wheels from them, they just came in regular cardboard boxes with one layer of bubble wrap around them, I was very disappointed.
Because importing and/or harboring Skylines aren't legal these days. Motorex screwed it up for everyone.
