Default RIM OFFSET HELP 08 S2000

Would theys wheels fit on my car ....car is lowered 1"inch front and back
FRONT =18 x 8.0 +45/+48 5h x 114.3 +35?? OR +45?? OR +48??
REAR =18 x 9.5 +35/+48 5h x 114.3 +35?? OR +48??

+48 front, 48 rear, this is an aggressive offset in the rear though which will require fender rolling

you can run 225/255 with rolled fenders and some negative camber

so 215 40 18 and 245 35 18 is good then right would it rub with this size

you won't have to with a 225-40, which is the same OVERALL diameter as a 255-35 i believe.
