I have axis halo 18x8.5 +45 and 18x9.5 +50 going with

225/40/18
255/35/18

I was thinking of bfg kdw2 or do i go with the rt-615 and do 225 40 and 245 40

any help would be great... i have to buy tomorrow

 

I would DEF go with the RT-615's! a 225 40 and 255 35 are the same overall diameter of tire (the 255 is like +0.3" difference i think). I would run the 255. It's wider, and has a smaller sidewall stance which will make your cornering crispier, but will also make it a little more unpleasant to drive around town. It's a preference thing. If it were my ride, you get your ass i'd have those 255's tucked up under!

 

With the 18X9.5 and 50mm offset you are going to need to do some fender modification to make the 255/35R18 fit without rubbing. You can go with a 245/35R18 to give you more clearance. The 225/40R18 would be the coreect tire size.
