Powdercoat your stockers for a new look until you can afford nicer wheels.

FYI, I'm getting mine through Discount Tire and they are having the hub bore size machined for me free of charge.

GUYS
CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT OFFSET EXACTLY IS?? I DON'T WANT THE DEFINITION. I KNOW THAT WE HAVE 60MM OFFSET FOR REARS. IF I GET A 45MM OFFSET, WILL THE RIM COME OUT FROM THE FENDER MORE?? OR WILL IT BE MORE INSIDE??
SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT IT WILL STICK OUT MORE WITH LOWER OFFSET BUT IT SOUNDS DUMB. CAN'T I GET A 45MM OFFSET AND USE 15MM SPACERS FOR REARS??

17x7.5 48+ front and 17x8.5 50+ rear. any others with lower offsets on same width you can more than likely say they'll rub.

that being said, the fronts should work out without too much of a problem...i say this because all wheels are designed a little differently, but not by much...so you can probably get away from rubbing by rolling the fenders should that be the case.

17x8.5 48+ for the rear you can probabaly get away with either rolling the fenders or having a little bit of negative camber. IF you're dropping with springs anyways...you'll have some neg. camber already...if not, 1.75-2.25 negative camber should fit those rims. keep in mind though, negative camber means / \ for the back tires...so you'll wear out the inside bit quicker than the outside. It provides better dry so you're really not giving up any handling issues.

but what i am asking is that if i get a 48mm offset for the rear, will the rim be inside more or will it come out from the fender more compared to the stock ones??

Lower negative offset, the more they stick out.

Cost? The fronts were $160 a piece and the rears were $170. Best price....not really but they guarantee me they'll be fine (concerned about the offsets being -48mm), if not...it's on them so it's worth it to me.
