Anyway, it's off-topic. Just wanted to clear it up.

The tire size involved might be more of the problem than the wheel width, each brand of tires has varying spec's for their tires. Depending on the degree of 'rubbing" you might only need more neg camber for clearance.
It would be helpful if you would post your offsets and tire sizes but not necessary. The cure for your rubbing ills is twofold.
You can increase your negative camber and/or roll your fenders. That is it, short of getting different wheels and tires.
Cheers,
Mike

Okay, this weekend I checked out the wheels and the situation more closely. The front wheels are 17 x 8055 +51. The rubbing is limited to one 3 inch spot on the inner fender (bordering the engine compartment) and a 2 inch spot on the top of the fender flare. There's a spot at the top where the fender lip pushes in towards the car a bit more to make room for one of those plastic screwless fasteners Honda uses to hold the car together. The fastener is gone and the plastic is rubbing away. I'm thinking a little glue and a push on that flange might solve my problem. But then what about the inner fender? That's just going to wear away the plastic until... what? What's on the other side? To fix that requires adding a wheel spacer, right? Which will make the wheel well issue worse which calls for fender flaring?
