Default Selecting Rims

so i have an opportunity to pick up a set of BBS for real cheap. the specs are:

17x8 and 17x9 +45 all around. the offsets somewhat worry me.

im lowered on eibachs which is about 1 inch

the tires i have to mount are 225/45/17 and 245/40/17. eventually i'd like to go 255 on the rear...

im getting mixed answers on what needs to be done to make the rims fit (ie aggressive alignment, fender rolling etc. )

comments are welcome

the tires seem skinny for 8s and 9s, but I know people like the stretched look.

roll the rears and cut the bumper tab....a lot of the rpf1 guys run this setup. and the tire size is just fine. Contact people that have rpf1s and ask them what they had to do.

I am a proud owner of a set of RPF1. I am a strong believer of be safe than sorry. So I will tell you my specs and you can take it from there.

My rears has evey fender mod possible. Roll, cut some of the rear bumper, also re-locate bumper tab.

I do have 17x9 +45 with a -2.5 camber, also i have my tires tucked as a drop.

17x9 +45 in rear with fender roll and -3 camber or so in the rear! N cutting the bumper or relocation of the bumper tad. Here is a picture.

Best I could find:
