Square tires

^probably relevant. I daily 255 square but track 225/255. I went with 255 square for street to give it a try to see if I wanted to try it later for the track, and so I could rotate tyres. I don't care that much about optimising street grip as my car has huge amounts of grip and to be getting to the point where I exceed that on the street is a but dumb...

having said that, my 255 square lets the rear go reasonably easily. It's very controllable though and could possibly make for a very fast setup.

I've never had any understeer issues with my 225/255 at the track though either. Still oversteer when I want it to =). When my track tyres run out I'll look into increasing tyre sizes.

coilovers and no areo btw.

With 225 all around, I'm not going to have that much more grip than normal. I'm completely stock and not planning to change that besides maybe wheels and tires. I think I'll be better off looking for a nice set of staggered rims. Shame, the CE28N looks really good and $1500 isn't a bad price for forged wheels.
