Default Star Spec tread depth

When measuring tread depth on star specs is the middle tread what counts? The middle tread seems to wear down faster than the tread beside it so I was wondering if that is what I should be concerned about or if I should only worry about the rest of the tread.

i guess it depends what you run camber wise to determine if it wears out in the middle more or inside. I usually measure from the inside of my tire because thats what always wears out first for me.

yea, I am just above the bars but the center seems extremely low.

I'm on stock alignment.

What pressures do you run?

My Star Specs always wore pretty evenly.

Sounds like you have your tires overinflated. My friends star specs wore evenly across the tire.

You should always measure all across the all the tread surface. S2000s wear the inner tread a little more then other cars.
