Are these wheel sizes ok?

Front 17x7.5 et45 Rear 17x8 et48
If ok, what would be the desired tyre (tire!) size?

no...

17x7.5 has to at least be a +48 in the front...... the rears will work tho...

The fronts will work, but they may rub occasionally. It's not too bad. Some people do run that offset and never have problems. Some do. It depends on how much camber you have and what tire you choose. If you run a 205 tire, you should be OK. If you use a 215, marginal.
