Default Tire recommendation

Looking at getting a set of 18x9" +25mm all around. I know "crazy offsets yada yada, just to be clear i'm running switft springs on stock struts so i'm not dumping the car on the ground. will i be able to fit 255's in the rear and 245's in the front if i just roll the fenders and do the tab relocation or will i need the rears flared and maybe some camber?

A roll won't be enough. You're going to have to pull the fenders and add camber as well.

^agree, also to add on. spring/shock setup are a lot softer and they will rebound more, resulting in more rubbing. i would be concerned esp with the aggressive wheels you want to run.
