Thumbs down Tire Size Question

Looking at some wheels and tires and they are:

17x7.5 +40 Fronts / 215s up front
17x8.5 +40 Rears / 235s in back

Would these work for the S2K? Would I need to roll my fenders or do any mods to fit these? Will they fit flush? I need your input asap on this. Thanks

the fronts are fine, but the rears might rub a little. I know when I ran 8 +38 in the rear with a 245 it rubbed a little. I would suggest rolling the rear quarter panels and putting a 245 on there, just so you have OEM AP2 tire sizes.

but they should sit flush if I roll the rears? also what is the largest width tire you would suggest on a 8.5" wheel in the rear like that?

the widest i would go on an 8.5 is 255. With that offset it would be flush, but not "hella flush"
