Default tire sizes - Shuks

Since I want more tread on the back and a 225 S02 is actually the width of a 245 regular tire, would there be any negatives to running a 255/45/17 on Shuks? Having the 45 sidewall instead of a 40 sidewall would make the car sit higher off the ground, but still have the same gap between the fenders and the tire right? Or am I just not thinking right? I'll be lowered on KG/mm SuperSport springs, and I wanted to have more rubber on the tire so the ground clearance will still be closer to stock than the 40 sidewall. Thanks for any help. -Chris

The 225/45R17 and 255/40R17 are the sizes I would recommend for the wheel and the car. With the 62mm offset they work fine on the car.
If I can help let me know.
Thank you
