What fender modification will be needed to run nonstaggered 17x9 +35 WedsSport TC105N? I will be lowered on Espelir's.

Thanks in advance.

A lot. Fronts will need flared, and rears will need pulled...a lot.

I'd look into the 17x9 +49 version. rob.ok is selling a set over in racing and competition. $1200 I think. Much less required to run those.

So would I just need to roll the rear fenders to run 17x8/17x9 Offset+49?Would they be concaved at all? On a somewhat unrelated note, what offsets of Advan RZs would require minimal fender modification?

if you run 245 on the 9"+35 you will need a full roll in the rear and depending on how much camber you want you can do a pull also. if you dont pull it then your looking at the 2.5/3-ish for camber out back
as for the fronts - again depending on the tire... trim the fender liner and get a nice roll and you should be good.

all this is relevant to ride height also.

What size tire would you recommend on a 17x9 +35 on the front without flaring the fenders? Im on Buddy Club N+ and want to run these sizes on all four wheels. I don't want to flare or pull any fenders. Is this possible? I don't mind running whatever camber I can using the OEM adjustment.

fender pull would be recommended for all four corners unless you wanna run skinny tires + camber... Not sure how much camber you would need but if you do a search for "9+35" you will find out
