No they wouldn't be concave. If you look at the chart on wedssports website it says FF or FR off to the side for different offsets. FF is not concave at all and FR is semi concave. The highest offset you can get with semi concave tc105n's is +35.

I am also looking at this size (17x9 +35), but I'm thinking about running 255's all around I will probably have to have a shop pull the fenders a lot if I end up going with that setup. Am I right?

**Lol just realized that this thread was from 2011, not 2012...
