Yep, those tires should work fine, at least at stock height. The info in the first post was derived from cars at stock height, so I can't make any promises on lowered vehicles. Generally if you lower the car and then restore the camber settings to stock, you will be bringing the tires closer to the fenders thus increasing the risk of rubbing. So, you may need to run a little more negative camber than stock.

Cheers,
Ken

Thanks for the input Spa-zz. So does this mean the tires will be 215/40/17 in front and 245/40/17 in the rear? Just checking trying to get better comprehension of this whole tire wheel thing.

Thanks again,
Danny

It's the aspect ratio. For a 245/45, the width of the tire is 245 mm and the aspect ratio is 45; that is 45% of 245, which is 110 mm.

My pleasure. I should add that the aspect ratio is the sidewall height. So the sidewall height is 45% of the width.

Cheers,
Ken

I was taking a better look at my rims before I went to buy my tires and noticed that my front offset was actually +45 so does that mean I can run a 205 up front or do I still go with a 215?

Well you're right in the middle. You might try a 215, but it will be very close. If you want to be safe go with the 205.
