Yes, the S2000 suspension is fully adjustable, within limits of course. However adding negative camber just to make wheels fit is not prudent, IMO.

Cheers,
Ken

Hey guys, if I got a rim that was a little bit below the minimum recommended offset, but it's staggered 7 front, 8 rear or 8 front, 9 rear; Could I just add wheel spacers to add more to the offset? Would this work? or will there be problems I dont know about? I'm thinking bout getting ether the xxr 006 or the raze r74 wheels but the offset is below the recommended. any help please? I want to run atleast 215-225 front and 255's rear.

Wheel spacers reduce offset. You need to increase it.

Let us know what offsets the wheels have.

The xxr 006 is 17x8 front +35mm 17x9 rear +35. or if i wanted the red lip one it's 18x8.5 front 18x9.5 same 35 offset. The Raze R74 is 17x7 +42mm and 17x8 48mm. I was thinking of getting wheel hub spacers to increase the offset ether by 15mm or 25mm.

Forget it, man. 35 is way too low. It takes a lot to make that "fit", if you could even call it that.

As I said in my first response, spacers decrease offset. You need to increase it.

Read through a lot of the thread and want to make sure I have it correct.

I want a set of 5zigen fn01r-c.

My goal is 225/45/17 tire in front and 255/40/17 tire in the rear. The car will eventually be lower than stock.

My wheel sizes should be 17x8 +58 (or higher) on the front and 17x9 +50 (or higher) on the rear.

Will this fit without rubbing and is this a safe bet that they'll still fit correctly with a lower ride height?

Bump!

Looks like +48 is the highest offset they make in these wheels. How are the other s2ki members fitting these wheels?

From my calculations using
17x8 +43mm = 12mm closer to fender= .47 inches closer to fender. That seems like it should fit.

17x9 +43mm = 22mm closer to fender than stock = .86 inches closer to fender. Again that seems like it should fit without issue.

Any opinions from the gurus? Spa-zz?

They fit by rolling fenders, adding negative camber, running narrow tires, etc. You can do that, if that's what you're into. Rolling fenders is OK, but to me, changing alignment settings to fit some low-offset wheels isn't wise.

Lots of people have rubbing and they just deal with it because they want the look. Oh look! My fender liner has a whole in it! HAHHAHAA LOLOLZORZ!!!11
