Default Wheel offset cutting

I've got some clearance issues... Has anyone here gotten their wheel's backspace cut to raise the offset? I've got a set of wheels that just barely fit and am hoping to find a place in socal that can do the service... its not much, i just need about a 3mm cut on the wheel. Anyone?? Thanks!

If you shave the wheel down you are going to lower the load capacity of the wheels. Why not just roll the fender lips.
