Default Wheel Offsets Options.....NEED ADVICE

Whats going on guys, been a while since I been on here. I have an 04' Silverstone and Its about that time to put some wheels on it. I really love the Konig Lace Wheels, and I have made up my mind to get 19" wheels. I want to get the FATTEST LIP possible for the nice deep dish look. Will my car be ok with 19X9.5 5-114.3 25BMF with the offset being 25 in the rear? And 19X8 5-114.3 35BMF in the front with a 35 offset in the front? Or would i need wheel spacers and roll the fenders a little bit? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

whats up dude,
for your offsets on the S the front can be like a 40/+55 and your rear have to be like +50/+65 thats for an 8.5 in. wide rim, or say you wanted like a 9.5 in. wide rim you'd have to go with like +60/+65. Basically higher offset the better it will fit, the lower the offset the more it will stick out on the sides and you dont want that.

19" wheels look like the S2K is wearing pedal pushers--19"ers are too large for the size of the car. 18" is perfect. IMHO

Generally speaking, "deep dish" wheels are not an ideal fit for the S2000 because of its suspension design. On our cars the suspension arms and hub are pretty far out, so you need a high offset wheel to tuck the wheels in and keep the tires off the fenders. Spacers don't help, they also push the wheel outwards. Going to more approriate offsets (45+ front, 60+ rear) would erase that deep dish lip you're coveting. If you're really want a fat lip, you're driving the wrong car.

You're looking at some major modificaitons to the fenders to run that particular set. Personally, I'd keep looking...

19s look funny on this car in my opinion.. Even some 18s look too big. I personally think 17s are the right size for our cars, but to each his own.

with my minimal knowledge i can say that definitely won't work without serious modification to your fenders

My advice... is to buy wheels that fit. Those aren't even in the ballpark.
