Wheel Offsets Options.....NEED ADVICE
On 9.5" rims you will have to run at least a 245 series tires. A 245/35 (the lowest profile tire you are likely to find) will be an inch taller and over three inches bigger around than factory rims. Your car will handle like an suv, accelerate like an suv, and look like an SUV on wagon wheels. And it will probably rub. If you lower the car the tires will probably rub just sitting there.
Running that little offset means the tread of the wheels will stick out of the wheel well. And every time you go over a little bump you will absolutely rub and probably tear up the tire to boot.
Spacers will make the problem worse, not better.
The only way you will get a fat lip on a rim that fits the S2000 reasonably well is to find a design where the spokes tuck in at the rim.
You are going to have to adjust your sense of style when it comes to wheels or you are going to have to heavily modify the bodywork of the S or you are going to have to find a different car.
18s are as big a rim as you want to run on the S. For lower offset rims (not THAT low but much lower than stock and low enough to give you a nice lip and a dish look) you can get widebody front fenders and rear overfenders. You might also have to lose the wheel well liners and you may have to do some cutting on the factory rear fenders...I'm no expert in that area but maybe others who have gone widebody can chime in.
By the way, I can see why you like those Konigs. I like the way they look too. And ever since I owned a set of villans back in the day I've always had a soft spot for the style/value/quality balance konig seems to deliver. They aren't for the wheel snob but they were great on my Civic Si.

Check out Work XD-9's, they will give you about as much lip as possible in S2000 fitments. I would recommend 18's, they are plenty big for the car.
