wheels and offset question

fyi i got 2 1/2in. gap from rear tire to fender and 2 1/4in for the front
not sure how much room is needed for travel so i wouldn't rub so i know to pick out the right springs?
any recommendation on springs?

i've ran the same setup with a 1 inch tein drop, uk alignment and had to roll the rears to stop rubbing..

i see that some people run crazy camber and don't have to roll rear fenders
