Default will it rub?

thinking of picking these up, any ideas whether they will rub at all? :

Fronts: 17 x 7 +43 with 215/45/17
Rears: 17 x 8 +42 with 245/45/17

thanks in advance for the help!

Thanks xviper, I actually read that post a little while ago, and its great. That info is actually what drove my question. The problem is that they take into account the rear 8" wheel mounted with either a 225, or 235 tire. The set Im looking at has 245's mounted on it, and as the offset is very close to the "minimum"reccomended in the post I wasn't sure that the extra tire size would through it out.

I guess a more reasonable question would be: the minimum sizes reccomended for rim size as
7.0" wheel: +42 offset (205 or 215 tires)
8.0" wheel: +40 offset (225 or 235 tires)
how close to rubbing would they be. If I went with a set of that exact spec would I be threading the needle?

Thanks again

First of all, the fronts won't be a problem unless you're lowered a lot.

As for the back, one can take the information we already have access to .............
Commonly, we know that a 17" X 9", 65mm offset rim with a 255 tire rear has no problem on an S2000 unlowered.
So let's look at what you're trying to do:
17 x 8 +42 with 245/45/17
-reducing the width by 1" is like pulling the rim in by 1/2" (12.7 mm)
-a 42mm offset would bring the rim out by (65 - 42) 23 mm.

So far, you've brought the outer edge of the rim OUT by about 10 mm.
But, you've elected to go with a tire that's 10 mm less than 255, making it come in by 5 mm. Although the rim comes out by 10 mm, the tire (the important part that might rub) will only stick out 5 mm more than the commonly seen set up I stated above. This is not a big problem. You can do it unless your car is dropped over an inch, in which case, you may have to alter the alignment a bit.
