Default Will these TE37's fit?

Last year I got a set of AP2V1's for my AP1. I like them- but I need new tires. I was searching local ads, and found my favorite wheels in my favorite color, white TE37's. Made me wonder if they'd fit without fender roll/tab relocation. Here's the specs:

FRONT:
17x7.5 Offset 48
5x114.3
215/40R/17 Dunlop Direzza ZII

REAR:
17x9 Offset 60
5x114.3
255/40R/17 Dunlop Direzza ZII

Will they fit stock suspension on a dd car without rubbing? I know the fonts are slightly off and should be 215/45, but everything else looks good. Offset on the rear seems fine, wasn't sure about the offset of the fonts.

Thanks

rims will fit perfect. The issue is the diameter of the front tire is too small. You really want a 225/45/17 for the front to match your rear tire.

Tires would likely be replaced in a summer or two with 215/45 245/40 MPSS.

Would I be able to turn lock to lock without rubbing as well?

Curious if these Enkei TSP6 would fit without rubbing. I'd like the rear wheel to be wider, but the offsets looks close:
17x7 5x114.3 17x8 +45 offset. Tires up front are 215/45, rears are 255/40.

Youll have to roll the rear; also, I wouldn't stuff a 255 tire on an 8" rim. The OP selection is better, but needs a 215/45 tire up front. You may have to bend the fender tabs just a bit.

I'm looking to get wheels where I don't have to touch the fenders and tabs dso I guess I'll pass. The TE37's are gorgeous but sold already.

You need +50 or higher offset to not roll fenders. Look at the Enkei pfo1.

A set of those slipped through my fingers last spring. Oh well, my AP2V1's will do for now.

I have the TE37s 17 x 7.5 +48 on the front with 225/45 and 17 x 8.5 +50 in rear 255/40 wrapped in Dunlop Direzza ZII. I am on stock height with no fender modification and no rubbing reported.
