Default Will these fit the S2K?

-17X8 45 offset, 215/45/17 tire, DIA 24.6"
-17X9 63 offset, 255/40/17 tire, DIA 25.1"

Stock height. May lower a bit (1") in the future.

Yes they will fit. I would recommend a 225/45R17 myself. That would keep you in the correct height front and rear.
If you have a lower offset wheel the 215/45R17 would help some.

as jim said, that rubber setup has a smaller front diameter than rear, which is backwards. you've got a big enough difference there that i would look at smaller rubber on the rear or larger on the front.
