Don't buy those wheels! That is exactly what the problem will be. I ran +48 rear offset with a 9.5 inch wheel a couple of years ago, and it was horrible. I would honestly suggest that you stay away from those wheels, and Wheels Next in general. Most wheel vendors, Wheels Next included, don't care about you or your vehicle. They work in approximate measurements, and it is necessary to be rather exact when it comes to our cars and offsets. They told me once that I could run 19" with a +45 offset in back on one occasion. Do not buy from them! I bought wheels from a similar vendor who claimed to know about what my car needed, but it was all a ploy. Most people never admit that they don't know what they are talking about, and salespeople are especially notorious for that. My wheels did not fit that I purchased, and they refused to return or exchange them. Trust me, you don't want to end up like that.
Don't buy those wheels! They will sell you anything and tell you anything without regards to how it will fit on your car. It will stick out, rub horribly, and you will regret it every moment you think of it. No matter how much negative camber you run, how narrow your tires are, or whatever little tricks you can think of- it will not work.
I know how it can feel to want to buy some wheels and change the look of your car, but seriously... shop around more and get the right ones. You will be happy you waited. Don't buy those wheels!
My advice- 1. The safest thing to do is buy used wheels here in the FS forum. This way, you know for a fact that the wheels fit well, or at least know what to expect.
2. Check group buys here on the forum. There is always a deal on here, and the vendors are all knowledgeable of what does and doesn't work on our cars.
3. Learn more about offsets. I wish I had done this before anything else. This way, you can look around for wheels on your own; and be your own fitment expert. Did I mention that you shouldn't buy those wheels?

Although most of the info given here is a bit on the conservative side, it gives you an idea of what to look for: Offset DIY and help

If there were ever a downside to owning an S2000, this is it. Not a lot of aftermarket support is available, and precious few options for wheels. We need retardedly high offsets in most cases, and this rules most manufacturers out. Another thing you will discover is that most wheels for our cars are generally more expensive. This sucks, but it is the reality of having an S2000. No deep dish or regular offsets for us. Just enjoy the more appreciable aspects of our cars.

Don't get 19's, esp if they aren't an expensive forged wheel- they will crack. I kinda regret going 18 b/c the ride will be way too harsh + your S will be noticeably slower.

I don't think what you are saying is accurate. You make it sound like 19s will just crack for no reason. I have seen 16s crack before . It all depends on the quality of the wheel and the conditions of roads where you are. Oh yes, and your driving style. If you regularly charge through potholes, run into curbs, and do other crazy stunts- your wheels will get damaged. Forged wheels can crack as well- so don't ever think you are safe from a crack or bend. Besides, there are quality 19s out there like everything else.
As far as the car being "noticeably slower"- mine isn't. I am sure alot of people would say the same. Besides, as it has been indicated on many threads, there are some 18s out there that are lighter than 17s or 16s.
Harshness- same thing. The car never drove like a Cadillac.
