wilwood brake/wheel clearance

wilwood brake/wheel clearance
Well I got Work Emotion Cr's on my car 17x7 +42 and I'm wondering if they'll clear theses brakes....
"Wilwood front big brake kit with 6-piston calipers, 2pc. slotted and vented 12.25" rotors"
I know I need two 3mm spacers in order to fit the stoptechs, but I have no idea about these Wilwoods. I do know these brakes fit under the stock 16's with the spacer that is provided with the kit. I just need to get some confirmation.
