Which winter tire is better for worst case scenario conditions...WS50 or REVO1?

I bought the WS-50 for this winter. We just had our first snow of the season, 10 inches, and they went through it like it wasn't there. I picked the WS-50 because I wanted an all position tire so I can rotate over the years and get max use from them.
