245/255 - What are you experiences?

His wheels are staggered anyways, so he wouldn't have any ability to rotate. 245 on an 8 is pretty pinched.

8/9 => 225/255, I wouldn't run 245/255 on those.
On 9/9, I'd try 245/255. It's not like the 245 is gonna have *that* much less grip, plus easier fitment at the more difficult end to fit. Also shorter/more taut sidewall and less rotational/unsprung mass at the front should be slightly better for responsiveness and feel.
FWIW I've never had too much of an issue as far as keeping up with tires on my staggered setups on the S2k and FD. You do end up usually replacing tires in pairs, but for me no biggie. IMO you don't save money going square and rotating, you just ensure that all tires are replaced at the same time.

Not at the limit...but low on power steering had definitely quicker turn-in response, w/ 225s in front I noticed some on power understeer. I'm sure at the limit and in off throttle situations the rear end would be more tail happy but I don't drive like an idiot on the street.

Anymore feedback on this?
OP, what are your wheel specs? How low are you? Any rubbing? Tks!
