Yes u would need a roll front and rear! Thats if u wanna run full size tires. My friend had those with a 245/40 tire front and rear. But he also had all 4 corners rolled.

I would also say negative camber and narrower tires would help.

There is plenty of camber adjustment with the stock suspension. I would highly recommend an alignment if one hasn't been done since the lowering spring install. If you go 235, make sure it is 235/40 and not 235/45. If you don't care about being able to rotate, you could still run staggered tire sizes. Something like 215/45 and 245/40 (OEM AP2) would work. Either way you need a fender roll.

I have ap2v2s with those sizes and they only rub if I turn really hard into a turn. I know the offset is different but will it be that different? what do you mean by rotate?

Yes, it will be different because the wheel is going to stick out ~1" further than stock which will rub on the fenders. If you run non-staggered tires then you can rotate the wheels front to rear to extend tire life.
