What size rims and offset for spoon fenders?
I’m looking to get some rpf1s I currently have the spoon wide front fenders and asm rear over fenders. I need to know what size rim 17 or 18 and how wide (thinking 9ish?) for the best flush fitment. Not looking to slam the car on them just want it to be clean.

Look for wheel/tire fitment you like on cars with stock metal, then do the math to adjust the wheel out accordingly.
If you like how 17x9 +60 fits on stock metal, you could do something like 17x9 +40 (in theory)
This should have been a consideration before you bought the flares/wider fenders.

Do you want staggard or not staggard? No reason to go with 18's if you arent planning on running 285-295 section widths. Rpf1 come in a 17/10 +38 which would fit nice with a 255. There is some 9 and 9.5 with offset that would work for the front if you want staggard. Nothing sillier looking then a widebody with stockish width wheels.

The problem is the available widths and offsets rpf1 come in, this is going to really dictate what tire widths you can run and then the offsets may not be ideal depending on the combo. Your making power so if you want to use it your going to want to run an R comp like an Nt01 or R888R. 255 would hook up with that compound for most of 2nd gear, but ideally id be running wider. Problem with running a wider tire is 10" widths is the max your going to get in an rpf1 unless you did what I did and send them to Weldcraft wheels to get them cut and widened. 275/40/17 or 275/35/18 on the 10" would work. 285 would force you to run 18" and starts getting a little pinched on a 10" though not out of the question to run assuming you can get the compound/brand tire you want in a 285/30/18. I haven't looked lately. There are options but quite a few considerations to wheels fitment, do you research. Willtheyfit.com is a good website to go to for plugging in a base/known wheel fitment and then bounce your desired new wheel to see how it may fit with your fenders. As mentioned, add the new offset and width to see where you stand.
