Default Would these RPF1s fit my CR?

The wheels are in satin black i have wanted a pair for my RioYellow CR for a long time. I was told that i would have trouble puting the stock 255 size tires on the rear because its a 17x8 and not a 17x9. Now these wheels are $700 and i think thats a good deal if i can use them with my stock tire size. But if i had to go down to a 245 size tires would that really change much on my CR? I don't track it it's my dd and i am a newbie when it comes to wheels and tires. Here is the size of the wheels so should i buy them or keep waitng for some 17x9s
17x7.5 +47 Front
17x8 +45 Rear

Get the 9" rear, it looks SO much better. I even regretted getting the 8" +45 for the front because of the convex spokes and switched to 9" all around, concave FTW. That said, I have seen a 255 which is slightly pinched on a 8" wheel without any issues.

The 255/40R17 is outside of spec from the tire mfg's. I don't think going to the 245/40R17 is going to be a big deal on the CR. They are just 1/3" narrower tires. For daily driving that is not going to matter.
If I can help with the tires let me know.

Why buy a CR if you aren't going to track it at least a little?

Well i planed to track it every now and than. But every time a chance comes up to track it, it seems something comes up. I will get my tries from tire rack if i get these wheels. I got my last pair from tirerack as well

I have the rpf1s in 17x9 +45 with 255/40/17s all around on my CR. On the stock CR alignment the front and rear only rubs a little on certain bumps. The best description of these bumps are that they are sort of like being on a roller coaster or an inverted speed bump. Hope this helps.

Don't know if this helps but I'm AP2 V2s lowered 1-1.5 with 255s and zero rub. No fender roll or other modification.

I'd go 17x9 all around though...

One more no vote on 8" wide in the rear. Why go backwards from OEM?
