Default Legal Issues, Unauthorized use of CC

I saw on my statement today that there is a charge for $15.$$ from, Alltell for "Replenishment". I dont have Alltell. However, my ex had alltel and i used my card before to buy her some minutes.

Since we have been broken up for a few months now, it seems that she used my card, which it seems is attached to the account, to purchase minutes.

Working with Alltel atm to get this reversed and other actions.

If i wanted to press charges for anything, what would it be. Identity Theft?

Yes, i know its 15 bucks, but its the fact she used my money to pay for her shit.

Pressing charges is a dick move. Just have the CC Company reverse the charges, and they will issue you a new card with a new number.

I know its a dick move, but see as how shes done worse than this before, its just in my eyes.

Im not worried about the money, i know those can get reveresed easily. Just pissed that she makes more money than me, and uses my money for her phone.

It's $15 this time, what will it be next time? You state she has a history of this type of crap, IMO it's time to shut it down, call the cops.

My ex used my address and also went on to use my son's SSN to pull some stuff (alledgedly) and I didn't find out until years later. At that time ID theft wasn't even a big deal like it is now, but if I would have known I would have called the cops. It was way past two years when I did finally find out.

Just get the charges reversed and ask for a new CC#. Problem solved.
