Heat also has a tres chic sake tasting every last Thursday of the month. Caveat: Heat is NOT Japanese owned/operated and the cuisine de chef is like.. Spanish/Portuguese??? or something.

 

Correct pronunciation for SAKI is SA KE. But who gives a shit when you're plastered...
