I like RBR a lot more since Ricciardo joined. I'm not a fan of Max though.

Yeah, I don't know anyone within 800 mi who would get it. Plus, RBR. So I didn't buy it either. But it is funny.

I still remember when Red Bull bought Jaguar. They were having fun and being irreverent. Then they got too stupid serious and whiney. I think Daniel brings some of the fun back for them.

Most of my hate for RBR stems from my hate of Vettel. Who is not so much a great driver, but had a team that was way out in front in terms of development (possibly beyond the limit of the rules.) Yet acted like he was the second coming.
The rest of my hate for RBR stems from said "extra legal" features of the car.
I do like Daniel. I want to see him do well. I am also sick of the crushing dominance of a team until a rules change. Like Brawn, and RBR and Ferrari and now Merc. I want to see these races be contested. I think some better rules around in-season development would help.
I thought Max had promise, and maybe he does. But he's going to get someone hurt the way he drives, and I'm NOT cool with that.
All that said, I welcome differing opinions and points of view. And if I've made anyone feel unwelcome in this thread, I sincerely apologize. I welcome all even semi-on-topic participation.

I love the gold accent on this livery.

I like how minimal it is, I believe it could become too much very easily.

I was just thinking about bringing it up to the Renault badge, not the whole car. A lot of the cars are blah, so having a bit of a design makes them pop a bit.

That seems within reason.
I'm hoping with BP/Castrol joining forces with McHonda we'll get something neat out of them.
