Update: I had my court hearing this morning and no dice. I even offered to show the judge the receipt I have for the tint removal but he wouldn't budge. I'm now stuck with either paying the $250 or appealing the order by filing a civil law suit again the city. Looks like I'll just pay it since the filing fee is nearly the same as the original ticket
