Like I said. Any dealership can have morons working there (most do, it seems.)
Also, I kinda expect the ridiculasly expensive pricing for simple crap. What surprises me is the variation from dealership to dealership in such a small area. I'd have expected more "German" regulation of such things.

so far that would apply to BMW & Porsche when my Porsche guy was out a few weeks - the Audi Jag people subbed for him - they also sucked.

Funny you mention that, my dad claimed while he was working on my brothers old Prelude that the location of the alternator was deliberate to piss off people. He also said they were making up for losing the war too
