Regardless of how loose I am as a nut, this is a problem outside of my control.
I'm finding variety of suggestions on people with similar problems on the same bike. The most likely fix is rerouting the carb vent line to an area behind the battery box as a strong crosswind (I'm not kidding here!
) can cause this issue.

One tire chirp and its being a jerk and reckless driving?!? No cars behind me and no cars in front. Jerk is the one standing next to my window. Little do you know, I understand your game. I've seen it from your perspective and actually been in your shoes. Ill message your ego let you feel like the big bad lethal protector.

No ticket. I just let him call me a jerk, give me a lecture and act like I'm a remorsefull fool. Even though half of what he said were exagerated and personal threats/insults, I didn't argue so he could be happy with himself.
