Following on from the very enjoyable run in April organised by Dave I was wondering if there would be interest in a run predominantly through the East Lothian countryside?

The new date is Saturday 20th July, start at 10am.

The proposal is:

• Start at Newcraighall park and ride (large car park)
• Through Musselburgh and along the coast to Aberlady
• Stop for visit to Myreton Motor Museum
• Continue along the coast to North Berwick
• Across country to St Abbs Head
• Across country to the Jim Clark room at Duns
• Return across the Lammermuir hills via Whiteadder reservoir
• Finish at Museum of Flight at East Fortune (opportunity to visit Concorde)

The trip is about 100 miles start to finish.

If you're interested please let me know if you're a "definite" or a "possible" and I will update the list in this post.

Thanks for the reminder - didn't check for clashes. I'll see how interest goes. Can always move the date of the run if it's a problem.

Sounds like a great run.....which unfortunately lands right in the middle of my holiday and I'll be away!!

Will be interested to see if you re-schedule as I'd love to go.

Iv spoke to mad man Jay_jay and he cant make this date either maybe be a slight change in date would make it better for others to come ? even end of june before gill and partner goes on there holidays where you guys going ?

Only kidding about the name Rave...and you were close!
Late June or later in July would suit me better, most likely off to Wales first fortnight in July.

Good morning all. The consensus appears to be that 7th July doesn't work that well so a different date is required . Later in July has been mentioned as a possibility so I was wondering how Saturday 20th July suited everyone? Can you let me know please and indicate if you are a definite or possible?
