F2k swap
Alright so I figured I would show off what I have cooking in the kitchen. I am doing a F2k swap on my 96 civic hatch. The swap consists of an s2000 engine with a k series transmission. Its a pretty pricey swap but I got lucky and picked up an overheated Ap2 f22 long block in Montana for DIRT cheap. My goal with this build is getting a nice quick turbo car. I want the car to hit full boost at lower RPMs carrying throughout the power band. So heres a run down of what im doing.

-Inlinepro 2.4 stroker bottom end

OEM head gasket should put compressin ratio around 9.7:1.
-Inlinepro stage 2.5 Head

-Inlinepro Custom sidewinder divided t4 manifold. Thermal coated black by Justin @ detective coatings
-Borg Warner EFR 8374 turbocharger divided external waste gate 1.05ar
-2 Tial MVS wastegates
Electronics
-AEM pressure transducer
-Science of Speed 3 Bar map sensor
Fuel Fuel system
-E85 Walbro Fuel pump
-FID 2000cc Injectors
-Aeromotive FPR 13105
Cooling
-Custom tucked radiator set up with fans.
Drivetrain
-Stock low mileage 06(Z3) SI Trans
-Hybridracing Z3 shifter box with Z3 cables
-CC K series Twin Disc "C"
-DSS 2.9 axles
-S2k master cylinder
Interior
-Bolt in Roll bar
-Used Sparco seats/harness
-Ap1 Cluster
-Knock off mugen steering wheel
-CTR shift knob
Suspension/Brake/Wheel
-Tokiko Illuminas w/neuspeed springs
-Currently sits with oem brakes.
**Heater core deleted. Engine bay wire tucked. Battery relocated to rear. Fuse box relocated.
This is an updated list to show what I have going into the car. A lot of work is still ahead of me on this project and money is limited. I still have to buy a bit for my fuel system and address my electrical situation with the wiring harness. I will update this front page the more I complete later down the line.

When I bought the car in Montana.
Pulling the single cam a few months back.
Ap2 block. Pistons and rods pulled for Inlinepro.
Box of goodies from a guy on s2ki. />/>
Wiring harness I also scored from s2ki.
Transmission being picked up in Ohio at a junker.
Manifold also scored on s2ki haha (I started cleaning it in the picture)

I will update as much as I can. Right now mounts and the short block are being worked on down in Virginia.

i really cant say anything against ur list; nice! that ride will make news. stroke + boost is what i wanted anyway for u when in doubt do both! yeeeeeep

looks great!!! Whats your power goal? ID1000's will max out ~550WHP on a s2000 so maybe just under 600WHP.

Well picked up a new dd for cheap. Ive been driving it for 2 weeks and of course my luck had to put an end to that. Made a turn yesterday while I was in monroeville and the upper control arm bolt busted(i think). I can grab the control arm and shake it. I am pretty sure the spring/shock combo on the car are a result of something malfunctioning. So im looking at some koni yellows/GCC for a suspension fix. I also have to fix the brake line which was damaged. Another set back from the f2k project... I should be OK though since the shortblock is still being built.
I will be taking the car back to N/A ASAP! Specs as it sits: b18a1 stock block turbo'd on a smaller garrett. 262fwhp, 212ftlbstq @ 11.5lbs tuned on chrome. I dont like buying other peoples builds, but the price was hard to pass.
Also, Im going to be finishing the S2000 block myself. Head, wp, tensioner, oil pump, etc. I have a service manual for an ap1, but I would like to know specific torque for the F22 block. Is there a service manual online anywhere for the AP2s?
