Default Passenger window moves on its own?

So i'm having some issues with my passenger window. I've done a bit of research and I can't seem to find anyone else with my specific problem.
Here's what I've encountered so far..

The S is stored in the garage with the top always down since it's never driven with the top up. I took it out for the first time a couple days ago since Jan 1st because Chicago weather is brutal. Both of the windows were down when I had left my garage and then I noticed that my passenger window was up. I thought I was just imagining things so I tried to lower it down and nothing happened. I raised up my driver side down and after a short drive I put it back in the garage without thinking much of it.

The next day I went to drive it again and I put both windows down with no issue; even raised and lowered them a couple times I make sure nothing was wrong. After a bit of driving I found myself on an empty road and gave it a bit of VTEC. Out of the corner of my eye I saw the window raise up on it's own. Tried to lower it down again and had no control of it. I began my journey home and noticed it was starting to drizzle a bit so I decided to put my top up. Both windows rolled down like you'd expect but now I couldn't raise the passenger window back up.

I have no idea why it's doing this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

P.S. This information might be relevant but I noticed that some Anti-freeze has been dripping into the passenger foot well. No idea how it's dripping inside the car because I put my head in the well and couldn't find the source of the drip.

The actuator may be having issues. I would remove the door panel and check out the electrical connections to make sure they are good, especially if you found leaking Anti-Freeze.
