Buy This Sweet, Modified S2000 and Become Your Local Track Hero
‘Track Hero’ S2000 is equally ready for the local car show, or the local track day.
Some people want to buy stock S2000s and enjoy them as fun weekend cars, or even daily drivers. Others, however, are looking to hit the local track day scene and go fast. If you’re in the latter group, and want to hit the ground running, then perhaps you should buy this particular S2000, listed for sale in the S2KI forums by user trackHERO.
Rather than tell you about the car ourselves, we will just quote the seller, who has quite the comprehensive description:

I bought the car 3 years ago from a gentleman in his early 70’s completely bone stock with 51k miles on the odometer.

I WILL NOT part out the car and am in no rush to see her go so please don’t low ball. I am still on the fence on ever selling this car but wanted to see if there is interest because I have been getting approached a lot about selling it and letting people know when it’s a possibility. $30k firm takes the car home.
Normally, we tend to stand on the side of “modifications don’t add value,” but in this case, where pretty much every stock part has been retained and will be available with the sale of the car, the $30 grand ask doesn’t seem too unreasonable. Don’t forget, that price is “OBO,” so head over to the for sale thread and make an offer before it’s too late.
