Got around to inspecting the 550 cc/min injectors that I pulled out last Saturday. As a crude test I tried to blow through each injector. There was only one I could blow through and it happens to be the one that came off No. 1 cylinder which was getting so much excess fuel. Only question in my mind now is why it is stuck open.

I am shipping the injectors back to the supplier tomorrow for an official inspection.

Reconnected the 5th injector and ULT today and put the SC belt back on. Loaded an old map for the OEM injectors. Seems to run fine with no CELs yet.

Got a compression tester today and tried it out. Got right at 200psi on cylinders 1,2,3 and 202 on 4. Found out later I should have pulled the fuse to disable the injectors, so my results are suspect. Based on my first try it looks like cylinder 1 which got drowned in gas still is OK.

Sent the 550 injectors back to the supplier for their inspection. I am certain the injector that was in No. 1 cylinder was stuck open since I could blow through it and none of the others. The supplier should be able to tell if it has debris obstructing it or if the injector malfunctioned. They should receive the injectors next Tuesday.

I need to compare injector duration on my car, I think the increased ms duration may be due to the stock fpr and the Walbro pump.

Good to hear it's back and running under boost.
