A MY 2000 with only 2100 miles, that car has no history. The biggest thing I would watch for is the lack of mileage and timely maintenence because of it. Are they original tires? Was the oil changed at least twice a year? Look at the condition of the dust boots and hoses, is there any dry rotting apparent? Has the coolant been flushed? Get the owners manual and check for documentation. If there isn't any records make the dealer perform the all maintnence that is scheduled to be done within 4 years regardless of mileage.

Make sure all the TSBs have been done. Aren't there like 8 of them?
