Ouch, its that bad he will need a new motor or we still awaitning results? I wana hope its one of the valves not sealing and make for an easy repair.

something big is in the works... keep you guys posted

In the mean time anyone have

stock header with heat shield I can borrow for a week or two?

Possibly need a couple small pieces from the stock air box, thinking the brackets that hold the box up in the air.

i have a air box you can use....

also if the head needs work, sent it to Mike Laskey (laskey Racing) he is doing my complete supertech head...SS black nitride valves, Ti retainers, dual valve springs, keeps and seats, valve seals, 3 angle valve job, and shipped back to me for $900, that a price that cant be beaten

Bent valve.

Head will be pulled later this week.

Looking into shops to do the work.

Leaning towards Laskey racing for a complete supertech head.

Ill let you all know.

Seems like a pretty good deal. Then all you have to worry about is the labor for R/R.
