Uhhh is this normal ?
Looks like maybe an overfill. I thought the dipstick had a hatched area as opposed to a line. With the oil warm and the engine turned off for ~15 minutes, you should be dead center of the hatched area, not at the top.
If it's too full, just pull the drain bolt and let a little out of the pan, then re-verify the fluid level.

IMO that's normal. Everybody else is freaking out because they spit shine their motor daily and don't give it a chance to accumulate dirt. Just to verify and for your own peace of mind take it to Cesar when you can though.
Use a degreaser to clean up the external oil. Even my S looks like that when I first got it. Not to say that it isn't of any concern, but clean it first then watch if more oil eeeks out.
I'll bet that once you get the initial oil cleaned up that you won't notice any more.
